@JohnnyricoMC: Yeah it has been, I started building PCs just a little before that hack started becoming popular, so it's more fresh in my mind. Back when I was still starry eyed ;)

@Spartanical: I think the OP (and in general) are implying that when you have two point sources pointing at something "very far" (aka infinite distance away), they'll appear parallel.

@Spartanical: I think you may have that backwards. close to the source with a target very, very far away would == near parallel.

@JohnnyricoMC: If you're talking about the ceramic packaged Athlon series, they weren't pins, they were pads on top of the package.

@ZenInsight: When the picture has pentium branding on it? :o

@HJTravels: It's just a dragon ball z joke, dude ;)

@D.LYTE: Unfortunately, i don't know. I would assume they do for "3g hotspot," but I'm going to guess there's an app that can just create a wireless hotspot, as on the iPhone. It's very convenient! Maybe google around :)

@ImmaLion: Technically speaking, yes, there would be, depending on how the decoders would work (addressing the available space), but in real world usage, that'd be pretty imperceptible.

@D.LYTE: Then you get your rear in gear and start tethering on demand, and you're set! Sounds like you don't have an extraordinary usage model, so you could get away with it!

@HJTravels: I heard some guy yelling about the horizontal resolution...

@BeyondtheTech: Well, it's not as if anyone else would date you...

@Captain_Midnight: DUDE WTH, THIS DIDN'T WORK, AND NOW MY OTHER COMPUTER HAS THE SAME PROBLEM! JERK!

I for one hopes this comes through with push notifications working for text messages...

@ri59: I'm really hoping for text push notifications. that's the single most awesome thing that you could get from this, IMHO.

@sygyzy: Yeah, the stigma against intel graphics chipsets is largely going to be a false one moving into the future, I hope people can kick that train of thought sooner, rather than later. Intel used to be more into the "just get the job done" in the graphics chipset market, now, they're moving very aggressively into

@enlight10ment: Every processor refresh, some site spreads the rumor that intel is killing overclocking. There is no REAL indication that intel doesn't like enthusiasts overclocking their chips. The "losses" from people gaining better performance for cheap is miniscule in the big picture sense.

@Pessimippopotamus: For intel, yes. The big news is that the GPU core is integrated into one big-ass die.

It's awesome until the next day:
