I agree the problem is partly IT, but there are also a lot of people working here that I wouldn’t trust to watch my dog for two minutes. No amount of money or new equipment is going to change that.

My wife also works for the VA. It’s a disorganized mess that is in such rat’s nest that things aren’t going to be resolved with a swipe of the hand. It’s trillions of dollars of infrastructure for basic things like computers.

It’s not an “ass-kicking” that’s needed. It’s an investment. One that big-talkers on the Right…
