They would be best served by just making this into a Daughters of the Dragon series guest starring Iron Fist. It seems to be in lines with their proposed plans and the re-branding would earn them a fair amount of goodwill.

The Angel's Share has some misery, but it's mostly a comedy. Bitter sweet, but hopeful.

If the Jessica Jones show on Netflix is close to the comic, you should
be getting some of that. Although some problems will still be solved by
punching harder.
