If the home button went from physical to touch, what would you lose? Serious question, I just can't think of what I would lose.

It's a game for them. That's only way to justify spending that much time. A lot of the extreme couponers do a lot of good though, too. They donate a TON of groceries to local food banks and charities.

Anyone who blames apple for this is missing the point. They are running a smart business. You don't like how it works, cry foul about patent reform. Don't complain about Apple protecting their best interest.

In my opinion, this is why you don't release developer builds to the general public. A lot of us here are smart enough to say "OK, this has some serious potential when it's finished", but the majority of people will dismiss something as bad and never give it a chance.
