Damn you
Damn you
That’s a huge difference between Cavs and GSW. Warriors went on their run and immediately every non-Bron/Kyrie Cav looks like a lost puppy and stands around praying their leaders do something for them. Warriors work like a machine from top to bottom non-stop.
Gotta admit he backed it up tonight (even if he should’ve been out most of the 2nd quarter with the obvious 3rd foul). Cavs had their opportunities but left too many pieces missing (FTs, open 3s, etc..). That Game 3 loss was always gonna sting.
It’s obviously not ideal, but what else can you do when you have to concede a 10 point swing just to get him 2 minutes on the bench? At some point the cons have to outweigh the benefits I guess. The rest of the team should be embarrassed that this is what it’s come to though.
This is why I don’t understand the love affair so many people have with David Griffin. He’s traded away any assets, which I guess is justifiable, but for what? The team has no identity whatsoever aside from Lebron. GS deserve so much credit for the way they have built their roster; each player knows his role and works…
I think what makes your taeks *extra* hot is the unique insight you have into Lebron’s inner-monologue. “Afraid to shoot” lol, you’re reaching.
No doubt. He’s insanely good at knowing where his misses are gonna end up and I don’t think he’s been checked out after a shot the entire series. Hence, 29 boards in three games or whatever the stat was.
This was good. It’s so exhausting being told Jordan this, Jordan that by (typically) 20ish year olds. Any team would’ve been mopped by this year’s Warriors.
I’ll never understand how they can be so awful with him out when there are two other max contracts and TT, along with other guys who in theory are solid role players. It has to be a serious indictment on the coaching staff.
It’s obvious how much better coached the Warriors are than the Cavs. Every player for them does ALL the little things and it makes them that much more difficult to beat, talent aside. Can’t count how many times I’ve seen shots go up and 4 Cavs players immediately stop to watch while Warriors players are following…
Oh yea, he’s definitely gassed but gassed Lebron down 5 is more ideal than slightly less-gassed Lebron down 20.
Each time Tyronn Lue takes Lebron out in the first half is a new fireable offense, and yet he does it every game and the same thing happens every time.
...while pulling back and looking up to the hoop...still not seeing how placing your palm on the ball can be grazing.
You’re right about that, there’s an enormous gulf between the two teams in terms of coaching which isn’t helping Cleveland either. Not sure how much say LBJ has in management but it should be remembered that MJ has been an awful GM.
I mean...the frame above shows his hand placed on the ball as if he were about to fire off a 3. Five year olds are taught to attack once a player picks up his dribble.
Crazy he’s only 49. Eight years of Amir Williams and Marc Loving will age a man worse than the presidency.
The issue with the Cavs is they are not going to grind out anything with the likes of Channing Frye and Kyle Korver etc.. as your role players. People have fellated David Griffin for some time (esp in Cleveland) but he’s been mediocre at best. Kyrie’s game 7 3 or not, it was clear changes needed to be made. They…
Why do people keep comparing double dribbles to traveling like they’re called the same way? Dude basically pumpfaked and it wasn’t called. Slightly different than getting away with a Eurostep.
