As much as Saints fans whined about that horrendous call, just remember they spent Super Bowl Sunday partying and having fun while Deadspin posted a bunch of whiny, baby blogs. 

There are a lot of bad GMs throughout sports but Deadspin really needs to get over this current trend where they think every team should spend as much money as possible. It's a really annoying pattern and boring, thoughtless analysis. 

Diana used to be one of the best, most objective and detailed writers here but over the last year or so her pieces have been sprinkled with increasing amounts of editorial content or otherwise seem to make statements with little bearing in fact or relevance. 

Apparently its a report about how an officer did something bad in a completely unrelated incident?

Spending hundreds of dollars on slightly modified colorways of artificially limited shoes worn by athletes profiting billion dollar corporations is a dying culture?

They line up around the block once a month every time there is a release and block all pedestrian traffic trying to actually do something.

It’s weird a website talks about the Saints fans being whiners the day Deadspin dedicates their entire feed to whining about the Super Bowl the day after the Saints dedicated their entire day to partying during the Super Bowl.

You keep harping on the baby saints fans while they literally spent all day yesterday partying while deadspin spent the day posting whiny baby blogs.

If anything I blame CBS for not waiting 30 seconds.
