Well, beauty is her profession and she is rich, so she obviously has access to a top dermatologist, plastic surgeon, dietician, spas and beauticians, and the fanciest creams, serums, cleansers, microdermabrasions, laser treatments on the planet, and a regular make up artist, etc.
