I’m sure the effort associated with porting them over to MH:R was probably a factor.

Heck, if you close your Facebook account linked to Oculus, you lose all purchases, also your facebook account needs to be a real, valid account or they’ll lock your Oculus, even if you just want to download free Oculus games. Oculus is, but other manufacturers are still very much supporting Steam VR headsets. Might get a port later down the line after exclusivity ends.
