Right. When I read that comment in the stray observations, my mind went immediately to “Billy Pilgrim has come unstuck in time,” which seems like an obvious connection to a show with an intentionally hard-to-discern timeline.

There is a way to do it and maintain continuity — simply replace your brain, in situ, piece by piece, or neuron by neuron, even, over a period of time. There would be no point in time where a copy exists — it would simply be your consciousness being gradually transferred from a flesh and blood matrix to a more robust…
They used that scanner on him and it said he was clear. The robot theory is more interesting, since his character sucks so much. I hope he is a robot.
I don’t want to give this show more credit than it necessarily deserves, but in this episode:
Hiding the card in a copy Slaughterhouse-Five makes total sense. Here’s why:
yes, that’s the cliff they’re hoping you hang off of this week
It kind of hit me this episode that Maeve was Ford’s answer to Arnold’s Dolores. And I think it speaks to the differences between them. Arnold wanted the hosts to be free, but to discover and desire that freedom on their own. Ford came to want the same thing, but couldn’t help himself from becoming the architect of…
Good to see Teddy finally gave Delores a piece of his mind.
You’d have to be dead or blind not to.
Still, still enjoying nearly nude Pam.
I’ve had my account locked twice in the last month for putting trolls in their place. I had to confirm that I was not a bot. Fucking ridiculous. An account run by an actual person is locked out, while thousands & thousands of bots troll away.
Every day, friend.
Remember when Barack was President and we didn’t have to worry about who anyone was fucking and what porn they were watching?
I always thought of Westing as their first album. Both it and Slanted are classics, of course.
It’s still popular for the old timey Alt Rock set to take shots at the even older Hippie set, beautiful in its way...It would be like David Cross interviewing Frank Black, with them both discussing their mutual hatred of Jim Morrison.
I’m not gonna try to defend Slanted and Enchanted cause I can totally understand not liking it but I’m a littler surprised by the part about each new album supplanting the previous as your favorite. For me, Brighten the Corners was a moderate step down from Wowee Zowee and Terror Twilight was a serious step down from…
We do our best to just treat them like we would any other publisher. Any time I’m going to run a report like this, I’ll always ask the relevant parties for comment. Sure, Bethesda hasn’t responded in nearly five years, but that doesn’t mean we’re gonna stop asking. Let the onus be on them.
I think most grenades have a “blink for 15 seconds before they explode” setting so people have plenty of time to find hot coal disposal bins. It’s just science.
He might not want to sign on for a full season, but that’s a lot less episodes than a season of The Flash.
Remember last season when the producers made a big stink about Wentworth Miller and Katie Cassidy having contracts where they could appear across the whole Arrowverse, and that amounted to practically nothing.
Harry’s story was a mess this episode. They took what should have been 2 or 3 episodes of a character arc and stuffed it into 10 minutes. There was so many filler episodes this season they totally could have fit all that in a proper story arc for him.
