Yeah Ed is pretty OTT, I don’t see them having a real person trying to emulate the zany\cute\weirdness at all. Either they’re going to cut the character, keep it a kid but really tone it down so they’re not super annoying, or age up the character into a stereotypical teen hacker that’s either moody or twee.
