I don’t really know anything about the sims except that in the game they speak gibberish. the entire movie should beo 100% that language with subtitles, and then have the actors do an english dub after the fact for the home release, but have it slightly out of sync with the movie.

I agree that Cap looks like US Agent, but I find it weird that Cap was the only mocap that I thought DIDN’T look great. maybe because he’s the only one with his face partially covered. BP and the other two look fantastic and pretty photorealistic without giving uncanny valley vibes, Cap not so much.

ItMoM is my 2nd favorite of Carpenter’s Apocalypse Trilogy (really, not much can beat The Thing), and probably third favorite overall for his movies, it’s definitely one of the best Lovecraftian films, Sam Neil killed it and the practical effects are great.
