They could have just have had her divorce him. She got sick of his shit and took the the two youngest kids with her across country. No need for them to be mean about it.

So I guess they are OK with 56 year old guys flying million dollar jet fighters?

I believe that was Hugh Dillon from the Canadian punk band The Headstones playing her husband.

I don't honestly remember much about the original. I do recall it taking place in one of the most bizarrely designed medical schools in film history.
Lots of dimly - lit cavernous rooms with wind blown curtains. Perfect for learning about the intricacies of human anatomy!

I can't rewatch this one. That kid getting hit by that car was too much. My greatest fear of what might happen to my own children.

Scrappy Doo ruined Snoopy and the gang for me.

So Cooper is basically Chauncey the Gardener from Being There.

He could have easily done a quick 6 episode wrap - up to give the long-time fans the ending they should have got 25 years ago.
I knew once he was given the full 18 (!) hours I knew we were in for something awesome.
I know it could still go wayyy off the rails between now and the finale, but it will have been worth it.

Lust, jealousy, anger. Creepy old man vibes toward someone half my age.
Might make a good series on Showtime.

Mrs. Dingleberry went out to a club with our gorgeous next door neighbour last night, leaving me to take care of the wee Dingles. I have lusted after her since they moved in, though I only found out this morning that she is only 24! D'oh!
Pop culture-wise, I watched the Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe and the first

The 1920s, when women got to vote and wear pants. And the 1960s, when blacks got all uppity and wanted to vote too.

"Don't worry folks! It's all part of the show!"

My kids loved the movie. Must have played it in the car a billion times. Great soundtrack too. My oldest is autistic so every time I hear "Upside Down" on the radio at work or in a store, it brings a smile to my face because it reminds me of him.

Maybe he can get his Dad to direct this. They can flashback to Pepe Le Pew's heroics during the French Resistance in WW II. Maybe Vic Morrow is available to play the cranky commander of the U.S attack at Normandy…..

He also tried to get Kelly Lynch topless as much as possible.

Mrs. Dingleberry and I saw The Fisher King last night. Great stuff all around with terrific performances and amazing (and restrained) direction from Terry Gilliam.
