As someone who used to own a VHS of this movie and watched it religiously as a child, I don’t think the movie is terrible IF you view it as a new take on Adam West’s Batman and everything about it. B&R and Batman Forever may not have been the Batman movies the fans wanted, but they were the ones that the 90s needed.
