That's not what the LA Times says.

For Christmas, I want a horse collar and a football into the stands.

Today's LAT- "The Dodgers payroll is expected to drop into the $185-190 million range next season to offset expected financial losses from the unworkable television cintract with Time Warner Cable..."

The channel is owned by Time Warner and Guggenheim. There's no way that ratings wasn't negotiated into the deal. they had to have lost a TON of money this year.

I have to think the "enormous TV contract" isn't so enormous. I think the Dodgers were counting on a World Series to get a better TV deal. There can't be a lot of money when 70% of your fans can't watch the games. It will be interesting to see what happens next year.

Truth. But Scott's not doing a thing about it.

Jesus, let that call go. The rule is specifically NO BOWING. Also Arizona had an actual bad taunting call which led to an Oregon touchdown.

Dale Scott was the one who gave the foul ball signal and then somehow allowed a triple play by the Dodgers against the Padres. No Dodger complained then! Bad umps are bad.

Except Republicans HATE Latinos. So there's that.

Arizona would like a word with you.

You also might want to show the BS taunting call on Arizona.

whoosh

You are correct- beans in the concoction make it peasant stew. No beans is chili.

I wonder if ESPN will show this?

This. So very much, THIS.

Kate Fagan is why we women can't have nice things, like the Presidency.

In response, ESPN gave more coverage to Winston than if he had played the game, so F you, Sam!

Ray Rice - "I'm sorry. It won't happen again." End of career.

Now draw a graph showing that people who donate to college athletic programs don't give a shit about academics.

The only good college commercial was the Stanford laser pointer/cat one.
