With enough peak power and soft enough tires it’s not that difficult. But I get the impression that electric cars are built like 70s muscle cars. Very good on a quarter mile, but would be left behind by the average traveling salesman sedan on the autobahn.

Do you really think it’s the fires that began in the past 2-3 weeks causing people to flee the Bay Area and LA? Might it have more to do with the pandemic that has lasted 6 months or so and the much less business-friendly approach CA took compared to TX? Or perhaps the years-long increases in living costs that were

All I could think of was a C5 Corevette or a Mark-4 V8 Camaro with noticeable clearcoat damage.

Damn.

Ouch.

Everything about that creep screamed restraining orders and unpaid child support. I still can’t believe so many people came away from that show thinking Carole Baskin was the villain.

an Affliction plaid button-down? Peak douchebag.

The MSM is the worst Miata made.

That’s no $225k shifter. THIS is a $225k shifter

I was going to comment the same thing; the finish on that looks atrocious. cheap, shitty unevenly-lit buttons, a naff badly-bezeled LED matrix, wonky phillips self-tappers, and scuffed, wonky-looking panels. Something like that’s enough to make me question the quality of the rest of the build.

seriously, how they have the courage to charge $200k for that, all panels scratched, the finish is just awful, how couldn’t they even bother to match the black paint on this thing!

I guess I don’t qualify as ‘People’ then - I’ve got a 2012 Sienna AWD. Gets me anywhere I reasonably would want to go (including dirt roads - which means most trail heads and beaches, and of course the mountain for skiing in the winter). Let’s me take toys (windsurf gear, bikes, snowboard/ski gear) and/or people,

That reminds me of a picture I took of my car next to an E60 M5 last year, haha. I love the GS400. It’s the best era of Toyota and the ‘98-00 had the great feeling mechanical throttle bodies the later ones didn’t: Just a nice, connected, driving experience with the right amount of luxury.

I always loved this lighter silver on them. I have a 2000 GS400 Platinum in Millennium Silver. I may get a set of Enkei PF05s for mine because I found those to be absolutely gorgeous on the car. I’m in no rush because the car is very low mileage and on the Platinum wheels (even if 16").

Call it a mash-up

Luckily there is no possible way for this feature to be abused.

And it’s not like they’re incapable of making a good-looking M6 four-door. They’ve clearly done it before, as seen here.

Ants, wretched horrible ants!
