Now I want to know what these things are like mechanically.

The rust cloud that the Bel Air releases on impact is hilarious

Mad props to this crazy person for undertaking such an insane project but crack pipe. As a person who bought a used gti that turned out to be 2 used gtis that had been welded together by some unscrupulous curbstoner I can attest to many issues that can arise from such a Frankensteinian union. They are numerous.

This diva piece of shit can't see his part in any of this.

So bored watching the recording iof this race I intentionally came here for spoilers.

When it's all said and done these Model S's are going to be about as stock as a VW ID R.

Oh boy, I’m going deep into the rabbit hole on that Mentour Pilot YouTube channel. Very interesting stuff.

Bless his heart, which is how you say what a fucking dumbass in the south.

Go to all that trouble to create a 50 year old race car the never existed and you put an automatic transmission in it? Why?

Thank you! That is an amazing article full of cool details of how things worked at GM back in the 60s.

“Correction: The headline originally indicated DeLonge is the frontman of Blink-182; he was dismissed from the group in 2015. We regret the error.”

I just read the Wikipedia entry for these cars and found an interesting nugget. Of the 401 built, 1 was produced with an Chevy engine for gm vp Bill Mitchell. No mention of what specific motor was used. I wonder if it still exists?

It's pretty bad, I agree.

Reason # eleventy million why the poor will rise up one day but I have to admit, that thing is kinda cool.

Buying that would reestablish the virginity of the most promiscuous person.

Can a thing be aggressively bland?

I almost voted crack pipe but then I came to the same conclusion as you expressed. I just could not want a car less, but it may be worth its asking price.

Looks like whoever left the air filter hat in place when they rattle canned it. That’s some attention to detail, there. Late C3 underpinnings don’t move the needle much either.

Pininfarina-built?  I thought it was just their design. Wait, that’s a lie. I had no idea this car existed til I read your post.  Carry on.

He’s got it all figured out.
