I'd pick season 2 as my favorite, but it seems harsh to hold previous success against a current season. 3 and 4 are both very, very good.

Maybe 2 was the only one that was meh? It's been a little while.

I don't really want a FNL movie. The show ended in a good place, and it was a rare show where the last couple seasons were among the better ones (2 and 3 are meh, 4 and 5 very good).

Yeah. Holy shit, THAT happened!

I really, really like Kanye on "Black Skinhead." And I can't disassociate the song from whatever phone ad it's on. Ugh.

I'll go the opposite.

It's definitely a stupid reason.

I had a chance to see Arcade Fire in a tiny little cafeteria right when Funeral came out. A former friend caused me to miss it.

Silver Gymnasium is very solid. I think that Okkervil River's output has gotten so consistent (I liked I Am Very Far a lot, even if it's probably their worst in a while) that it hurts them in terms of rankings just a little.

Oh good lord, we have one of those always there toolbar-y things.

Obviously, Logan.

Bettman lived in the town I grew up in. His wife and my mom were friends.

Pfft. Like anyone has more talent than Todd. Okay. Someone probably has more talent than Todd.

The idea that Spano's still in the top three Islanders owners because he got that cable deal is just amazing.

He is a pretty annoying guy. I just don't think jabs at Entourage should be relevant.

This entire review has a tone of "who would care about this? It's just sports!"

There's a show called "The Edge of Farming" that's a little like that.  Less competition based, more farmers versus the elements.  I think it's online but they show ads for it on tv here.

I'm actually a fraud.  I've only been here a year and have never made it to the Corn Palace.

You want to see the very limits of your understanding of corn?  Come to South Dakota.

The drunkest I've ever been was at a Ben Folds show.
