This article is proving to be a prime example of “the grass is greener.” Just about every native French or native French adjacent speaker has expressed this sentiment.

French Canadian here. French voice acting is 99% of the time dog shit (no idea about FF14 in particular because I only play it in English and would never even consider playing in French).

I argue to this day that while the very final moments might not have been fantastic, the “ending” is the entire game. The whole 3rd game is a finale to the characters and relationships we love, and there were many satisfying endings within that. So what if the final shots fall a bit flat? 

Aside from the aesthetics here, I am seriously worried about this woman’s head. What will happen to her follicles? Will her hair be able to grow out? Ok, everyone’s looking for humor, but it’s a bad business having this stuff anywhere on your body. I hope she’s ok.
