The io9 article seemed to presume that a “sequel” would somehow involve Furiosa and be a continuation of Fury Road, which shows a poor grasp of the way this franchise functions on a basic level. Odds are none of the characters besides Max would return, and the story would be another variation on the theme of Max…

Agreed - I think those are stronger and broader albums. TPaB especially would’ve seemed more likely, given the strong jazz influence on it. Oh well, at least lots of white people will probably be apoplectic over this.

This is actually a good album though.

The Robert Greysmith Zodiac book is riveting and terrifying, though maybe not as much as the movie.

Nope, they’re terrible for anything that uses distortion or harmonics, and pretty tough for fast and/or percussive material.

I would love to see this, but it would almost have to be animated. The CGI budget alone would dwarf Game of Thrones.
