I saw him on that tour, and indeed he wasn't that great. I had seen him five years prior and he was in fine form - cracking jokes, playing for over two hours (til the bar shut him down at 2:30), greeting fans. This last show was pretty disheartening.

Eh, I think you can call 'em black metal. There's still some Burzum and Weakling in the DNA, however different the overall sound is now. Black metal's a pretty broad category these days.
