My eyes are still pretty good so it's just nice to have the space. I run 1900x1200 on 22 inch displays for my desktop and 1400x1050 on my 12 inch tablet. Never had any issues. 480x854 on my 3.7 inch is occasionally problematic.

@Platypus Man: There really ought to be an open thread when LH is done running these for people to put up their life items. It's really fun to read these and I bet there are some very techy folks in the readership.

@Greg Allen: Most of the time, the second generation is worth waiting for. The kinks and bugs are worked out. There's an active mod community. There are a lot more apps and accessories for it.

1. Don't follow lists of rules. It's love, a natural thing you can't control, so don't try to.

@patranus: Is it stolen if it came from an abandoned property? I don't know much about Dutch property rights.

@pranthin8or: I'll be by in an hour with some dynamite and a green ninja suit.

I've only hit them accidentally, but it doesn't bother me too much because it's easy to go back. The worst is when ads cover up content, as they do in Angry Birds. If it's at the bottom of an app and doesn't affect my using it, I ignore it. It's not hard to train your brain.

I'm currently renting and my kitchen is tiny. It has a stove, dishwasher, and European sized fridge. Cabinet space is at a premium, as is usable counter space. I've found that those wire racks and a wire baker's rack give me a lot of space. High ceilings mean I can put stuff on top of cabinets and hang rarely used

@Chimaera: They might prefer a man who goes and makes a business out of creating and selling these.

@Jason Fitzpatrick: I think an adjustable desk would be great, because sometimes I do want to sit. Thanks!

@Chimaera: Ladies might prefer a guy who spends the $20 on them.

I was thinking of using these to turn my desk into a standing desk.

@TehBeardMan: Me too. I use a very basic folding table so it wouldn't be hard to raise it up.

@quesoesbueno59: So they're used product placement to annoy us during shows. Wonderful.

Mess with the system: turn on all the worst shows, tell your DVR to skip all the ads, and mute it. Go read a book.

@TheOtherHalf: Look at your wallet. Now back to his. Now back at yours. See how thin it is? Sadly, if you'd built your phone mount, yours would be as thick as his.

@DrBoom: Thank you! I use those apps universally so your solution works.

@DrBoom: Nifty! Unfortunately, I can't seem to change that to Google Voice for texting and Gmail for email. Maybe Tasker would allow that...

@Skeletorcaveman: That's what I have now, but it only brings up their contact profile. I'd like to be able to select call/SMS/email immediately, or even better, as a swipe action in the dock.

@tmkvamme: Ah, good to know. I use LP already and have considered supporting the developer. I only with I could do it through the market since I don't use paypal. Is there another way to pay? Alternatively, if someone else buys it for me, does it remember them or can anyone use the code?
