It feels sticky when you touch the spots. I don’t remember how hot I had the oven but it was I think over 400 degrees. I used vegetable oil.

Yes it feels raised. I was tempted to use oven cleaner and strip is completely and start over but I think I’ll try putting more layers on it.

Thanks, yeah it looks like spots of the oil like it wasn’t dry when it was. I’ll try adding more coats. My mother would just leave a layer of oil on it and not cook it.
