Even if you count Love, who was really a little of A and a little of B, you’ve drafted Kyrie, Tristan Thompson, and Anthony Bennett. That’s still a team that doesn’t make the playoffs. LeBron, JR Smith, Shumpert, Mozgov, and even Delly all came through trades or FA.

You can make that argument (I obviously wouldn’t), but it’s also definitely not indicative of them rebuilding a team through the draft. Especially when over a decade passed between when he was drafted and when they won.

You’re ignoring the fact that LeBron was drafted 13 years ago and left Cleveland at one point, the Kyrie led Cavs sucked, and the other #1 overall pick they made is already out of the league. This championship Cavs team was assembled through free agency, not the draft.
