I haven’t been too impressed with my steak results, but it’s been killer for babyback ribs. I follow the 36 hour recipe and change the spices up. Salmon fillet came out very nice as well. Can’t wait to try short rib. I think the sous vide would be better suited for thicker cuts of steak where you would want to reverse…
