And in case you don't want to watch a video for something that was barely an article idea, Mutt died in the war he enlisted in to "spite his dad." Indy is actually really broken up about it and it basically destroyed his marriage.

Yeah the first Guardians movie was good, second was overlong and the third was good again.  Suicide Squad was a lot better than the first one and probably the best modern DC movie, but neither of those are a high bar to clear.  His best superhero work is probably Peacemaker and that’s barely a superhero show.

Gunn’s superhero movies are pretty decent, but it’s not like they’re amazing or anything. Feels like a glass houses thing.

Why is the AV spending its time putting up recaps of Real Housewives and The Bachelorette instead of this show?

probably the best comedy on tv in a long time. i hope they get renewed because its clear they haven’t come anywhere near running out of steam yet. was sad to see south side go, let’s keep this one rocking.

I don’t disagree that there’s no need to keep bringing it back, and at a certain point it starts to resemble the original Star Trek cast doing movies into the 90s, but there’s a level of delusion and self-importance in taking the position that the big mass appeal franchise character should be retired once you’ve done…

The Good Dinosaur deserves to be higher than all of the Cars films at least. All three of those films should be at the bottom.

Weird, I thought the first set piece was rather ho hum, but that it picked up after that. It still didn’t impress me much, especially after two stellar Marvel outings, but I thought it was fine to good overall. A top tier DCEU movie, for whatever that’s worth.

Oh yeah that made me howl. I also thought that the entire Gob storyline in Season 4 was fantastic. When he looks at the picture of Jesus in Ann’s room and goes, “Oh man, for a minute I thought that was a real guy” I nearly died.

At 20 years old this show is the perfect post-9/11 time capsule. If you weren’t alive then, don’t let anyone tell you all Americans were brainwashed by the call to invade Iraq.
