It did a nice job of setting up CW as a man whose flamboyance and bluster is cover for the insecurities that result from knowing his career was originally built on a lie, and how that kind of life is ultimately hollow and alienating to the people who really care about you. It contextualizes his whole personality from…
the fact that even Charlotte doesn’t know for sure if there’s a season three a few days out from the s2 finale has me very worried. if this show doesn’t get a renewal, it might actually be the biggest injustice since Netflix canned American Vandal
That’s neat, I also had no idea. Thanks!
This show is like if Silicon Valley and Ted Lasso had a baby. And I’m VERY into it.
Thank you—I had no idea she made music!
Hey, I like Iron Man 2. Sam Rockwell. Mickey Rourke asking for his boird. Introducing Black Widow and bringing Don Cheadle to the party. There’s a lot to like there.

Mike, thank you so much for these articles over the years. They’ve always been a highlight for me and I wish you well in your future endevours. Thanks for the laughs.

There use to be website that would write about shows like this. At the very least, would compile a detailed list of everything that was on each night so you wouldn’t miss anything. Not sure what happened to it though. I think it moved to a nice farm upstate with plenty of fields to run free.
And, I would add, less interested in this web site.
