That is an unflattering picture of the beautiful Alison Pill.

I’m probably in the minority, and will definitely catch some flack for my opinion, but I like Paul Rudd.

What was great about the original show was it’s sheer Britishness. It had a very 2000AD vibe to it. It sucked that Channel 4 cancelled it before it came to a proper conclusion.
Will be interesting to see if it translates to American in a good way, although I have quite the many doubts.

The original show was excellent. I can’t say that the star of a dozen recent direct-to-video raises much excitement for a remake.

My thoughts exactly.

Martin Starr is unrecognizable. Like, I keep staring at that picture and I still don’t believe that’s him.

So - while still coming to terms with the realisation that I’ll never get to spend another Saturday morning watching a brand new episode of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend ever again (series finale was last weekend), it was announced that Rachel Bloom would be having a live show RIGHT HERE IN LONDON!

Russian Doll is good how dare you

Maybe don’t dignify Scientology with the word “religion”* when it’s a deranged cult specializing in blackmail and slave labor that was started up by a mediocre sci-fi writer as a tax dodge.

Oh right, I keep forgetting she’s fucking insane :(

Headline is a little confusing. At first I thought the Simpsons had cut Okilly Dokilly after some sort of controversy.  I know all the cool kids say "dropped" when referring to rad tunes, but I don't think it works in this journalistic context.

I feel like there are a couple of little character cheats like that. Greg goes from “You’re the love of my life” to “I’m done waiting for you” in maybe two scenes. The way it’s constructed also suggests that Rebecca figuring out she loves songwriting solves all her problems — I realize there’s an in-universe gap you

I think the groundwork for the finale was laid throughout the season, but I didn’t really feel like that groundwork ever made much sense. In the first three seasons, I never had any reason to believe that Rebecca didn’t like practicing law; the show seemed to indicate that she disliked her New York job because of the

Because of everyone’s reactions to Rebecca and Greg at the mechanic last week (I was unmoved by it but most thought it was lovely) I was a little worried they’d be endgame, which was silly of me now I think about it.

Hrm. I wasn’t in love with the finale, unfortunately. Not that this is bad, per se, and it’s not the sort of finale that would ever harm the reputation of the series. I don’t mind any aspect of where the characters end up.

I wish we had spent the final stretch of the show watching Rebecca’s musical theater journey instead of watching them rehash the love quadrangle to its inevitable non-decision.

I genuinely hate that this is my reaction to the finale of a show I grew to love despite only getting into it last year , but...I found that episode really uninspired. It felt drawn out in reaching an ending that was obvious about five minutes in, and the ending itself was trite and simplistic for a show that’s always
