Sure, it looks more approachable but the dialogue sounds dumber to me. Doesn’t that just look like a trailer for a CW show now? I’ll still watch the whole thing and try and go in with an open mind, but this show is probably doomed when it comes to getting renewed. Oh, well.

Cam is a cute little film, especially when you actively compare and contrast it with the Lynch and Cronenberg films it’s clearly inspired by, but you’re really letting the fact it appeals to your woke sensibilities cloud your judgement.

Is CAM an unusual film with an interesting subject matter? Absolutely. Is it *Oscar* worthy...?

How the fuck does Zemeckis keep getting directing opportunities?

Spader-Man is great, but you wouldn’t want to be his secretary.

Reading a review of a movie by Dowd is choice. I learned long ago, his opinions on movies and mine are no where in the same reality. Just move on and don’t worry.

Does Dowd even like movies? It doesn’t seem like it.

It’s a very good, very funny, surprisingly affecting show starring two comedy giants

First, we need a stand-alone LinkedIn origin story. THEN, we need the Facebook sequel. And then we get the movie where Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat team up to fight Instagram.

And of course the whole thing where the big twist of the movie is entirely dependent on our not having information the characters have.

I don’t think Heisserer is a very good writer either. I don’t know how much the source material was to blame for Bird Box, but military/political storyline he added for Arrival was lame.

Cool an author I like is being adapted by someone who fucking sucks at writing movies!

Bitch 23 is one of my favorite cancelled-too-soon series of the last decade. Made me fall in love with Krysten Ritter and Dreama Walker, and gave me a whole new appreciation for Van Der Beek.Love got so frustrating that I gave up in season 2 (while thinking how much I would love a series instead focused on the cute

I’ve been watching Titans (released internationally on Netflix this past Friday) and it’s much better then any of the trailers gave it credit for. It’s not excellent but it sure is a lot of fun and it’s super-refreshing have a superhero TV series set in a pre-established world that we’re just coming into. Also the

It seems the more he discloses about himself, the easier it is to dislike him.

He seems to lean a little to heavy into his religious stuff. I mean if he’s not actively hurting people cool whatever, but it’s like someone saying “Have a blessed day”. To which in my head I think- ok freak I’ll try to avoid you from now on.

He’s done Christmas Panto in the UK since Scream, which is where celebrities usually go to die.

The Fonzarennaisance really began with Scream.

He’s gaslighting audiences to think homophobia isn’t homophobia. I’ve seen a lot of comments on here trivializing it, but it’s right there in the pot with every other strain of bigotry and it still matters, damn it.
