    That annoyed me too and so I did a bit of googling and there had been plenty of songs that long released previously, including Like A Rolling Stone, MacArthur Park, Hey Jude, and Papa Was A Rolling Stone, so it’s all a load of bollocks quite frankly. 

    I loved Paddington 2 a ridiculous amount and it was easily my favourite film of 2017. So if anyone’s not watched it yet I’d implore you to do as it’s all kinds of lovely and heart warming.

    I’m something of a Simpsons apologist, believing that there’s normally four or give decent episodes a season at least, but yeesh, this was awful, I think I laughed twice and the rest of the time I was grimacing. It’s not quite worthy of an F grade, but I’d have given it D- personally.

    With my step-father it was because he had a complicated system where he believed patterns of weather repeated themselves, and you could predict the weather due to that, and global warming / climate change would have meant that his theory was a load of rubbish. Which still didn’t explain why when we went on holiday it…

    I found this bit sort of interesting “It’s kind of ironic because I started writing “Game of Thrones” all the way back in 1991, long before anybody was talking about climate change.” - and that’s not true at all. Sure, we called it Global Warming back then but it’s essentially the same thing, that humanity is fucking…

    After her recent comments about Kevin Spacey, Judi Dench can go fuck herself quite frankly.

    Also: She lives in a small town near to where I grew up and is apparently lovely and friendly. But I still can’t forgive her for such misguided idiocy.

    I loved it too. I think I’m having a bizarro day on the av club as I didn’t get on with the highly praised South Park episode but loved It’s Always Sunny this week.

    Whilst there are less rom-coms around at the cinema I don’t really agree with the article about the decline starting in 2003. I’d include a good few Judd Apatow movies as being successful in the genre, like Knocked Up, Forgetting Sarah Marshall and This Is 40, whilst there’s been some fun other efforts like Easy A, Mus…

    I’m absolutely gutted by this news, but really hope Fielder returns with something new soon.

    Given that he’s only briefly in the first film (and a master of disguise) I wouldn’t have had any issue with him being recast and I don’t think most other people would have either.

    Afraid not but it has happened to me once recently.

    Yeah, it’s been happening to me too. Sometimes hitting F5 helps, but most of the time they refuse to load unless I turn off ublock.

    Thanks to both of you, it does sound fascinating and I’ve no issues with the animation so will definitely watch a few episodes now to see if it grows on me.

    I didn’t get on with 12 Oz Mouse but before this I’d only ever watched the pilot, I normally love Adult Swim stuff but for some reason it just didn’t gel with me, but I take it from the above it’s worth giving a shot?
