Ha!
Ha!
That’s a really weird way to describe the best Star Wars movie.
That just means you have good taste. Don't let the internet trolls make you feel bad for liking a great movie.
Hes definitely the least wooden person in the prequels., but he’s still pretty wooden. I chalk that up to him doing most of his acting against a tennis ball.
I found Avatar pretty forgettable the one time I saw it (in 3D on IMAX no less), but I trust #thetwofriends enough that I might have to give it another go.
TC-14 or nothing!
I wasn’t even aware of the kerfuffle until the article brought it up. And I generally pay attention to that kind of thing.
It absolutely makes more sense. Is it better, though? I’d almost say it’s worse because despite the minor improvements it’s still the same shitty movie at its core, only now it wastes 40 more minutes of the viewer’s time.
Ditto. It amazes me sometimes to think that I used to think the whole network was a joke, yet now I probably watch more shows on the CW than all other networks/streaming services combined.
I believe it’s from the New 52. In that story Sivana is on a quest for magic. I don’t believe he’s a mad scientist at all.
I’m a sucker for a Martian Manhunter comic, but that last page is outstanding.
Anyone who thinks the end of San Junipero is even remotely sad is a pessimist who went in looking for a downer ending.
Wouldn’t comparisons to one of the best shows of all time make you more excited to watch it?
DCEU fans.
I completely disagree. I think the stakes are right up there with Luke v Vader. Rey thinks she’s turned Ren away from the dark side, that she’s finally gotten through to Rylo Ren and that he’s going to help her take down the First Order. Ren thinks he’s won Rey over and that they can rule the First Order together. The…
I don’t see the issue here. It’s like the opening to a fight in a martial arts movie where everyone involved tosses in a little intimidating flourish and strikes a threatening pose.
The disappearing dagger at 3:19 is a serious flub, but even acknowledging that I think this is far and away the most entertaining fight scene in a Star Wars.
Heather is fantastic, but she’s no Anthony.
I remember seeing ads for a Green Arrow adaptation on the CW. I was vaguely interested and thought I might give it a shot. Fast forward to today. I watch seven or eight different CW shows, most of them superhero shows.
I haven’t kept up with SHIELD since the first season, but I’ll concede that it might have improved since I dropped off. But I’m having trouble believing that it’s better than two of the best shows of the last decade or so.
