Check out the regular VW Sportwagen. Way cheaper than an Outback.

I just saw a race between a 1966 Mustang and a Porsche 911. That mustang also had it’s left taillight out. Is this a @jasontorch grade insight?

The spoked rims also hint towards durability and the all around capability of this thing, I was impressed. Seeing it in third almost made me come down here to write an angry comment, but the points on the last two were spot on.

Man, I wish I had the money for a 10,000 pound boat.

Except in a modern assembly line, they can *almost* make every single car different with minor difficulty. Packages allow them to batch cars to a point, but it’s really driven by margins. They force you to pay for things you don’t want so they make more money overall.

You’d do well to learn from a very experienced rider. The best way to slow down is to apply both at the same time.

The editor must still be asleep because there are at least three mistakes in the first paragraph alone. Confusing automakers and lawmakers several times, the phrase “inflating the inflating the expectations”. Man, just reading this makes me want another coffee.

Between riding the Mountain and the Mahindra to make a delivery, I know which one I would pick

You’re forgetting the easiest way to keep your nice clothes clean. Don’t wear them! Go down to the thrift store and get some overalls, bib style or full suit. Get a couple shirts, long sleeve, short sleeve, and sweat shirts. Only wear these when working on cars, only wash them together, hang them in a plastic suit

I’m young enough that this car was one of the first cars that I saw and though to myself “Huh, that looks neat! I like those!” The reds, the yellows, looking good and standing out to me, a young pup. I started to watch some races, and read about cars.

Wagon, manual, AWD. No diesel though. VW Sportwagen.

“My tester started at $23,900; it had no options beyond the generous standard equipment like satellite radio, a 10-speaker “premium” audio system, a limited slip differential and Honda’s lane watch right-side camera (which I continue to be a huge fan of), putting the final price at $24,775.”

Get snow tires for your car. You will be amazed at how well it handles afterwards.

Are these rated for towing at all? I’m upset the VW Sportwagen isn’t rated for towing in the US. Not that it would really stop anyone that knows what the limitations are.

I really wonder about the roof hight. It seems my brother’s Outback is as tall as the Forester. I understand you get some ground clearance, but I want a car based wagon, not a psuedoSUV.

Honestly, with a full face helmet and a decent jacket, even a cold fall rain isn’t bad to ride through. Just like any other outside endeavour, wearing layers and appropriate outer layers are important.

Nope, all the consoles so far have had Spinning Disks in them from the assembly line. Sometimes even 5400 RPM laptop drives that are really slow.

Can you put an SSD in a XB1X?

96 Hz or higher and as much resolution as you can afford is the best way to go for displays, for sure.

“The bells-and-whistles Gold Wing Tour starts at $26,700 for the manual transmission version, and $1,000 for the Dual Clutch version.”
