Yea!

Great car. Not sure why this one's at a farm.

... Africa Twin, oh yes.

Ha!

1980 Chevrolet truck

Agreed. I could do that.

As a Chevy engine guy, that's way more than a tune. I'm really curious as to how they are getting the valve train to handle 9,000 rpm.

Yea, this will be a hobby for the rich. Most people buy used cars because they can't afford new. If your budget is $3k for a blazer I don't think you'll have $15k + sitting around for an upgrade.

Agreed

I was thinking that too

Seriously, dump Albon. Pierre in 4th was impressive.

These test don't surprise me. I see a lot of these on the internet period another factor that causes aftermarket air cleaners to perform worse is that they are constructed of metal and soak up heat. Whereas the stock air filter box is usually plastic and does not retain as much heat.

And don't forget that every sticker you put on your car adds one horsepower each.

Yea, my problem is the need to have a car with more than 400 HP that fits my budget. Yes EVs are fast and they cost 4x as much as my car.

The biggest thing that keeps me I treated in ICE is being able to work on it myself. I enjoy doing my own maintenance and performance upgrades. It's my main hobby.

Hmm, I feel the same about avoiding Tesla, but I would consider the Mach E. I drove my neighbors Tesla Y last month and he kept saying, you have to get one now." I would never spend Tesla money on a car.

Ha! I always keep a wide mouthed, empty, 32 oz Gatorade bottle in my trunk. It's very useful.

Not true. I'm in Los Angeles and I'm a Chevy fan who has been car shopping.

True dat. It's the long charging times and upfront premium purchase costs that kill it for me. We always have a lot of Jalopnik commenters arguing that an EV can be used easily in place of ICE. If that's true how come more aren't being sold?

GX470s are great offroad vehicles. Yours is coming along nicely.
