However stop using the garage for storage of crap that could or should go somewhere else, Cars are hella expensive, put them in the garage, you know, if you can.

Then, when you come to the states, please bring plenty of cash for your civil forfeiture. Thank you.

In my opinion, it should be based on when you’re signed in to the app and ready to work.

Reading the article, I fail to see how Uber drivers will be paid a “minimum wage”. They are contractors who get paid per gig. Is NYC expecting Uber to pay these drivers this minimum wage as long as they’re logged into their app?

They commited suicide because they invested poorly in the medallion. No different than an investment banker who lost his money on a risky stock. Although I understand the rationale for creating it, I believe NYC is to blame for creating the artificial demand for the medallions.

For robocalls, I talk nonsense, something like “fuck you... fuck you...” in a very polite tone. On more than one occasion, the robocall apologized and told me that my number will be removed from their list. (don’t know if they really did, but worth the entertainment value).

I don’t think it’s a movie prop. If it’s a blank firing prop, it would need a working ejection port and extractor. If it’s a non-firing prop, then the steel barrel liner would not be there.

I actually did zoom in. Ejection port is an obvious fake, and the extractor is missing. As for the orange tip, that’s not required in all countries, and even in the US, it’s relatively easy to remove.

Why is the burglar in the stock picture breaking in with an obvious airsoft/bb gun?

So, how do you get to the back door without getting mud on your socks?

It’s not Mahindra’s fault that people are stupid. I bet you get the same result if you show a GP to these people.

You can make $15/hr flipping burgers?

It’s just a matter of time before someone blames the government or the OEMs for the lack of driver seat dead man's switch.

Yes, the current speed limit is artificially low, and therefore wrong.

Note, she said insurance is only paying half of what she owes, not half the value of the car. She could be one of those people bad with math, and rolled her previous loan payment into this Kia.

Oh I agree, since acceleration is...

Point taken, but either way, acceleration/deceleration is the primary factor, not speed.

None of those accidents were caused by excessive speed. They were all caused by excessive deceleration.

I agree. But once the government takes my money away, I can’t hire the necessary legal representation to make that case.

I disagree. I’m promote someone I can trust. Someone I can trust to handle both the cool jobs and the boring shit. In my experience, those always shooting for the cool jobs are also the ones who bail first when the job gets tough, and they tend to blame everyone but themselves.
