As a woman, I often do the same thing. Not sure why but it just feels like a necessary part of the intimacy and I feel somewhat disheartened and often even more vulnerable if I’m not met with some variation of “hey” in that hot, sweaty post-coital moment. I guess it makes me feel like there’s an actual connection?
