No doubt about it. Seen so many times here in ATX. It’s #1 cause for accident/TRAFFIC, people are so stupid, period. They got angry when I honk to get them moving, get them to pay attention, etc when they were on the phones *sigh*....

finally, yes you said it perfectly. I read other comments in YouTube, etc and I’m shocked at their asinine comments (my god....)...the girl is at the fault, period. I bet that she was looking at the phone while driving...
