The 20 -> 80% really needs more info. Was it only a 5 person team, and now instead of 1/5 being women, 4/5 are women? Or are we talking about tens/hundreds/thousands of jobs? Replacing 3 members of a team within 18 months could be legitimate, but if it’s thousands of jobs that’s another story.
