Yeah, I ride as well, but this seems like stupid driving all around. And while it looks like the TSX driver did take a little bit to stop, I think it is the camera view and the fact that the truck driver is traveling much slower and comes to a stop almost immediately after the impact.

Please ignore this bad advice. No way am I putting my hands and body in a position to be run over once the Mustang (or any other car for that matter) gets going! Especially in icy conditions. Rocking and pushing from the back, or putting traction aids in front of the driven wheels is the only safe way.

Also the wheelbase of the Mustang appears to be almost exactly the same as the span between the tracks. So when he stopped, it was like trying to drive up two sets of ramps...kind of the perfect storm of bad decision/consequences that was saved by kind dudes at the right time.
