So, real question, what did the doctors (and nascent psychiatric clinicians) do for their patients during the Teens and Thirties/Forties when the world was at war? I’d be interested in knowing whether/how people’s fear and anxiety was addressed (if at all) back then. Is that maybe the most “modern” precedent?
