Interesting report. I live in the town that hosts the fastest 5k road race in the world, and it's on this coming weekend. Hmm. That's what I do with my silverware between appetizer & entree, so no parts of the silverware touch a surface before re-use. I rarely leave anything on my plate, so it's easy to see when I'm done :-)
