You obviously know nothing about the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If they are deleting information related to this case, they will face far stiffer penalties than those that the FCC could impose.

There's plenty proof of who is responsible - it's not on all HTC Phones, but it's on all Android phones on AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint networks (manufacturer agnostic). Ergo, the carriers are the ones to blame. They dictate the software build for the phones, and the manufacturers install it for them.

Another spaghetti lawsuit . . . throwing it at everyone hoping something sticks.

Computer says no . . . AT&T pushes software updates to my Inspire, not HTC. They (AT&T) control which devices get the updates and when.

My parents in Scotland have one of these (non-solar, obviously!) and it's a joy to watch it. Just randomly cuts the grass (doesn't do it in parallel lines), and when it gets low on power it heads back to its base station to recharge then continues with its job.

"If phones took down planes, terrorists would be sending bags of phones in their check in luggage. "

Or maybe all the deuches that want to stay an their phones all day (with their elbows protruding because hey, they're important and they need the space around their phone) can STFU until the plane lands.

Not so easy with a bicycling helmet - snowsports helmets typically have mesh covers for your ears, but cycling helmets don't. Then there's the safety issue riding a bike - better to use ear buds than can be pulled out/pushed in when you want.

Coming to US on Discovery, but without the last episode on Global Warming . . .

Let me see . . . . battery life - shocking. Hard drives - crash. Heat dissipation - can't use the laptop on a lap (way too hot!). Crappy keyboard light. Touchpad is crappy. Too heavy. Screen resolution not high enough.

Yeah! HP laptops ARE a joke!

I use smaller (4") roller frames that have rollers that typically fit behind cisterns etc without having to worry about the clearance - don't even need to wrap in most cases. If I do have to wrap, I use painters plastic because it is so easy to use (very light & thin) and tape it to keep the surface smooth - not the

And that would be why AT&T provided a battery backup for my phone/internet. Didn't lose either during a 7 hour power outage here in San Diego earlier this year

Live by the sword . . . . ..

Could not have said it better myself. Great post!

Footage covered the whole process, including the dismantling of tents etc. No evidence of human waste during the cleanup.

Because the NYPD dispersed them onto the streets, then penned them in with no exit. Then brought out pepper spray.

Print and news media in San Diego covered the break up of Occupy there, and showed no waste whatsoever in the area used by protesters, and I've seen other coverage to that effect elsewhere.
