I’m not a Nascar guy so don’t really know the names or history but it looks to me like the guy in the blue suit was trying to restrain the other guy mostly. It also looked like he was trying to remind the other driver there are cameras everywhere. He showed great self- restraint versus the hothead in the yellow suit
