Here’s my small talk method:

1. Say hello, with a smile

True story: I raced in an online 24 Hours of LeMans with one of my old racing leagues about a year and a half ago, in rFactor 2.

Multiple classes of vehicles, multiple drivers per car. We’d each take a turn driving for a few hours, and then another player would take over the car during a pit stop using the driver swap

“Precision crafted from solid Aluminum, the Sculpted Front Grill boldly imparts the MKII’s distinguished character while providing a filtered air intake for the case’s upper section.”

This is the same retail chain where, up until just recently, I could walk into the men’s T-shirt department at my local store and buy a shirt that read “Cool story babe, now go make me a sandwich”.

OnLive is how I played Deus Ex Human Revolution. Caught a special deal early on to get a game on the service for $1, and that was my pick.

Worked great, best dollar I ever spent on a PC game.

I don't hate the believer. I just hate the belief. ;)

I've recently considered giving LoL another shot. This reinforces the idea that I shouldn't.

We humans are capable of greatness. This is proof.

I'm not much of a TV person so I don't really watch any of the 'late night' shows, but any Clueless Gamer clip on youtube is a must-click for me.

My son plays P&D on iOS. My son also plays a lot of Mario games.

I'm proud to say that today I beat two nine year olds and a five year old a couple of times in a huge four player + two amiibo battle.

They won all the rest.

Definitely going to give this a look.

My son's fascination with Skylanders seems to have ended, and my wallet is so grateful. I don't think I could've kept up with yet another video game toy rush.

Two of my four closest friends are former coworkers; the other two are people I know from college. With one of my ex-coworker friends, I often joke that I've found the sister I never knew I had. And I'm only partially joking; it really does feel that way.

I have played a ton of racing games in my years, and almost every single one with an online leaderboard is full of hacked/cheated times.

It's almost not even worth having them.

Thanks for putting it all together in one spot.

Maybe I'm a grumpy old technician, but I still hate that we're calling software programs "apps" now. The influence of mobile strikes again.

Darn, for a moment there I thought this was an upgrade to DoomRL

Awesome! This means I can finally get back to racing people online and getting completely destroyed without understanding why I mean seriously how the hell are these guys so fast I don't even
