As an American who admittedly doesn’t spend much time studying other cultures, the only references I have for Finland are Kimi Räikkönen and Mika Häkkinen...which means Finland must be pretty damned awesome.
I thought it was fantastic, but it’s fine if you didn’t like it.
I find it really hard to get interested in the storylines they try to weave into these racing games. They’re mediocre F&F clones at best, and at worst they get in the way of what should the goal of any racing game - having fun driving cars you’ll never own in ways you never would if you actually did.

This game is surprisingly fun, and definitely does remind me of Arch Rivals and/or my personal favorite, Pigskin 621 A.D.
Definitely looking more and more like a console I’m going to consider for purchase at holiday time rather than launch.

I agree with you. The point I think a lot of people are missing is this:
