The court has a right to interfere if they find that Goodell acted outside the bounds of a fair and consistent punishment. Which it seems the NFL did. Sounds like courts really hate to interfere in CBAs so it depends on how egregious Berman thinks Goodell acted.

I don’t understand, why do people get up at arms over TDs being worth six points. I’ve played in leagues where a passing TD is only worth 4 pts. Why in the hell is anyone worried about that? A TD gets you six points in the NFL why can’t it just be worth six in fantasy?

I do my league and I try to come up with a funny ‘recap blog’ for each week on the main page. I rant about how bad my team is and I add youtube videos, pictures and animated GIFs. I’ve had a gif Manning watching the snap go over his head in the SB for 2 years now.
