Yep. I knew two Kales during my childhood in rural Nebraska. One of them is in his 40s now. This name is not new.

The older of my two girls was the runt of her litter. Fully grown, she never got bigger than 5 1/2 pounds or so (seriously, this is a tiny cat). Despite her size, she is the undisputed queen of our household and extremely territorial. I've seen her scare off big dogs, raccoons, other larger cats, and on one notable…
My thoughts exactly. "When did Mac become an auctioneer?"
Adding another voice to the folks who think she's had very little to no work done. Angie's just aged well. She's got the sort of super-prominent bone structure (strong jaw, high cheekbones, big mouth) that makes a person look weird and puffy in their teens and 20s, but gorgeous in their 30s and 40s once the last of…

"Dogs don't end up in shelters because there are breeders that people would rather buy from. They mostly end up there because people do not choose the right breed for their lifestyle"
Reposting for emphasis. People just don't seem to get this. Puppy mills are terrible but shelters are full of dogs who weren't bought…
"Dog/cat breeding is disgusting and should be banned, with the exception of very, very few ethical breeders who are monitored by the federal government and have to comply with a bunch of standards ensuring that the animal will be healthy"
