There really should only be value in these if they meet a standard for interactivity. As in - you can walk around these structures, and they are built to be accessed in the game. Uploaded to a server, and so on.

I can’t imagine this getting much steam. It was started by people looking for an alternative to the main game, who wanted a closer community, who wanted a slower grind, but probably most of all, who wanted a free WoW that exerted less pressure to hit max level and to rush through content.

FFXIV already fixed this with level sync. Higher level players can choose to adjust their levels for certain quests on a whim, and receive rewards comparable to their level.

Guild Wars 2 fixed this with their entire world - meaning once you’ve gone over the minimum level for a zone, you get scaled down to the highest

It would be absolutely awesome if Blizzard just opened up a new server everytime they released a new expansion, where you could start a new character and play through just that expansion without any of the balancing that came after. Even if only a few hundred people were active on it, it would be an amazing experience
