Well, I mean, when last we saw Thor, he had more or less joined the Guardians of the Galaxy, so it’s not really a surprise.

Well, after 22 movies that all contributed to massive plot arcs building up to a massive confrontation with stakes of Universe-shaking proportions, it’s kinda hard to go back to stand-alone one-off flicks with plots of merely international intrigue. I mean, are we just going to learn a bit more of Black Widow’s back…

Will this movie somehow weave into a larger MCU narrative that has ramifications in other movies in whatever Phase this is, or is it just “Hey kids, here’s a Black Widow Adventure!”

The environment felt really familiar to me. It really felt like instead of viewing the old pre-rendered backgrounds from above, I was really walking through and HD model of them. The old familiar levels seen from a different angle.

The Rick & Morty episode aired on August 13, 2017. 2 and a half years ago. There’s not that much lag in production.
