To my troll - not ungreying you, but an excellent circular arguement you’ve got there. “When whites controlled determining who was qualified, there were only whites who were qualified”. You sound ... not smart.

So to the grey who felt the need to respond: The fact that you cannot tell the difference between “whiteness” and “white people”, that’s whiteness honestly. You felt the need to talk about something I already knew (btw you have no idea what I study either) but you (and I mean YOU) felt the need lump all white people…
The headline here feels a little misleading, in that it makes the guy’s conduct sound more extreme than it actually seems to be. Per the 2020 Census, 47.53% of the population of Ft. Lauderdale is non-Hispanic white, 27.12% is Black, and 19.25% are Latino/Hispanic; if anything, I’d say it was unreasonable that only 6…
The word that came to mind for me was flaccid.
So those people who had a problem with his policies? Where were they all the other years BEFORE him when the white folks were the ones getting promoted because of their skin color?
Always needs to be said: just like in the greys on this page, whiteness just cannot stop itself. Though to be fair it was never really trying.

I just find it astonishing that six black people and nine whites is somehow too many black officers for freakin’ Ft. Lauderdale.
Isn’t the owner of Jimmy John’s a big game hunter? As far as I know Jersey Mike hasn’t killed an elephant.
They found Scirotto had hired 15 people between August and November with six being of ethnic or gender minorities who were selected for promotions.
something about that that just looks like a sad sandwich.
I loathe Star Wars. Can’t stand it. But do I pay to go to Galaxy’s Edge(?) in Florida to mockingly experience it? Let the kids enjoy it, its not for you!
Not the point. This is presented as chili.
I love spicy tomato sauces for Italian food, but that isn’t what we are making HERE.
If I could give you more than 1 star I would.
Because they’re ancho chilis, they belong to someone else.
I used to really like Spaghettios (and Raviolios) with meatballs but ate a can a couple years ago and it was nearly inedible it was so gross and sweet tasting, like the sauce is half corn syrup.
I do not abide with oregano in chili. We are not making spicy spaghetti sauce here.
“Samoans are thick and delicious”
I wonder which GOP fuck will publicly say that Loving v Virginia was incorrectly ruled and marriage between the races should be a state’s rights issue? Because we all know it’s coming — and probably before the 2024 election.
For being in a fight? Also he's Columbian and Pakistani, so not what most people would consider white (the cops obviously treated him like he was, but I doubt they knew his race at the time).
