Every person who had this brought to their attention and who failed her should be fired.

Translation: “we’re covering our ass and getting ready to throw someone under the bus and alerting our lawyers.”

Stars for both of you.

I’ll bet my next paycheck no one gets fired, and this tweet is forgotten in a month.

The HR people who truly piss me off are the ones who take offense when I work under the assumption they don’t have my back.

What?

Tech is inclusive of both types. White men and Asian men.

Nudity? Where TF did you work?

This reminds me of the hiring agreement at a place I used to be at, they put right in their opener that the place has offensive stuff that goes on, including possible nudity, foul language, inappropriate content, etc. (though, no direct sexual harassment) and if you cannot handle it you should not work there.

For instance, she was also threatened that she would be fired for reporting her manager to HR for the jacket incident, and when she complained that this was illegal, they essentially shrugged and did

DeleteUber.

I. What. I. Ugh. This is not surprising.

Uber just keeps on affirming my decision to delete their app months ago when one of their drivers nearly killed us on the highway and another tore down a one way street head into oncoming traffic. All we received were measley form letters.

Particularly shocking given Uber’s stellar reputation as a safe convoy for female passengers.
