That’s really cool for anything navigators can’t help with (like negotiating a lower bill when the insurance company isn’t simply mistaken or refusing to follow the rules). The navigators don’t charge.
Just an fyi, insurance navigators have been very helpful to me. They saved me a $300 bill Emblem tried to charge me for a supposedly out-of-network lab (I ended up paying $30) and saved me $130 a month on my premium.

It’s not often we see kindness in the ‘news’ these days. It’s a welcome change :-)
You don’t need an elite consulting job to find yourself in a situation where your employer expects you to work 60-90 hours a week and/or nights, weekends, and holidays and/or otherwise sacrifice home and family to work. In fact, many/most people at the opposite end of the spectrum find themselves in that position.
