Yes, yes, yes!

Pointing out facts isn’t something America typically wants to do. Schools and textbooks have suppressed information on marginalized peoples and white crimes (e.g., Columbus’s torturing of native peoples) and exaggerated white achievements for a LONG time. That’s starting to change, but of course, many are resisting. I

That’s really cool for anything navigators can’t help with (like negotiating a lower bill when the insurance company isn’t simply mistaken or refusing to follow the rules). The navigators don’t charge.

Just an fyi, insurance navigators have been very helpful to me. They saved me a $300 bill Emblem tried to charge me for a supposedly out-of-network lab (I ended up paying $30) and saved me $130 a month on my premium.

You don’t need an elite consulting job to find yourself in a situation where your employer expects you to work 60-90 hours a week and/or nights, weekends, and holidays and/or otherwise sacrifice home and family to work. yes, yes, yes

Nice!

yikes...I hope no one ever does that irl :-(

you got me there. that is sadder.

wow...okay, that’s sadder

I’ll hope not cause that’s supersad.

and cry after? that’s the saddest thing I’ve ever heard :-(
